Nurse Gave Up Profession To Earn Dollars Online

As the growing number of unemployed nurses in the philippines continues to climb--which the government has remained oblivious of--financial stability in the nursing field has become elusive. One woman, however, chose to beat the odds of being a nurse graduate and strived to master the art of earning dollars online. Her journey had been very tough before she arrived to her online success. She graduated with latin honors, but it didn't mean she knew everything.

After the graduation, she went to manila to find work. What shocked her was the competition. Thousands of nurses from the city and the provinces were storming every hospital to apply. It was literally a rat race. Three months passed but no hospital where she submitted application called. All the enthusiasm she had months ago were draining out of her. Going home frustrated from manila, she tried searching online for work.

She was hopeful as she browsed every site offering online jobs. As days passed, she realized that almost all of the sites were asking for payments in return of an online job. Frustration was eating her up again. Looking at her batchmates working in prestigious hospitals, she felt inferior. Even her certificate of graduation marked with "Cum Laude" couldn't help her at all. Then one day--she woke up in the right side of bed and--she bumped into a blogpost talking about working from home at oDesk.

The post wasn't asking any payments or any return at all. The post was intended to help others find a job they would love having. The post asked her to click a banner and then create an account. It was pretty straighforward and painless. She painstakingly followed the instructions, and voila! She was  earning dollars! But before she earned her first dollar in odesk, she answered short tests and polished her resume. She applied for posted jobs and got hired.

Now, she is working as a personal assistant for an australian internet marketer. It's hard to believe she's already earning PHP 25,000 per month from one client only. She's also doing part time jobs for another two clients--a British and an American--as a Virtual assistant. So she's earning a total of PHP 45,000 per month--that's bigger than our Mayor's salary. Just working 8 hours a day, she earn dollars big time online.

I never though that she was going to hit big time online. The link of this site I forwarded to her one year ago was a pivotal point of her career. It makes me happy that I was able to help someone evade the bondage of unemployment. I'm an online contractor, and this is the success story of my cousin.

By the way, you can click the above oDesk banner. Create an account, read the guidelines and answer the eleven-item oDesk readiness test.

  1. Very inspiring story. Being a Filipino myself, I am aware of this kind scenario happening to our nurses. Good thing there are this kind of companies/employers that gives jobs opportunities to those people who are having a hard time getting hired. Anyway, I'm into data entry jobs and learned the legit ways to earn money with it via the Ultimate Money Guide. There are company reviews and tips to be successful on your field.

Cheers to our success and looking forward for more success stories.

  2. Thanks for dropping by Arvin! Haven't been able to post new stories as I've just moved here in Abu Dhabi. Currently, I'm still the usual jack-of-all-trade guy on oDesk for several buyers.

  3. I have managed to make over $10,000 this month and it all started with only $40 and the Motor Club Of America associates program.

  4. I earn $20 for each 20 minute survey!

Guess what? This is exactly what major companies are paying me for. They need to know what their customer base needs and wants. So big companies pay $1,000,000's of dollars per month to the average person. In return, the average person, like myself, answers some questions and gives them their opinion.
